Competitive!

For the month of April, we will be running a Drive-Thru competition to upsell Frosted Strawberry Lemonades!

Each team member of the winning team will win a $50 gift card! To account for each beverage you sell, make sure you're ringing up your team numbers through the "local items" button! Only click the team number when you upsell the drink, do not use it for any other order!

Here are some talking points to get ahead in the competition:

- "Would you like to try out our strawberry frosted lemonade for the drink for your meal?"

- "Were you wanting to try one of our desserts today? The Strawberry Frosted Lemonade is my favorite!"

- "If you are looking for something refreshing, the strawberry frosted lemonade is the best drink to get!"

Through suggestive selling, upselling will come naturally. Be genuine and personal, and before you know it, you'll be an upselling master!

Race to...

Bingo!

We are rolling out a new reward system to incentivize our top performing team members of both the Front-of-House and the Back-of-House!

There is some serious cash prizes to gain here...including a $300 giftcard to whoever can get BINGO first! Only two team members (1 FOH & 1 BOH) will receive the grand prize of $300, but every person who gets BINGO after will receive a prize as well!

Every square you complete must be marked off by a leader, and they must occur after the rollout of BINGO cards (ex: you can't mark off "Refer a friend and they get hired" if you referred them two months ago). To get BINGO, you have to complete every single square on the board.

We will begin distributing the BINGO cards the second week of April, and it will last until June 13th.

Spring

Beginning this month, Chick-fil-A is rolling out the Cloudberry Sunjoy.

The Seasonal Cloudberry Sunjoy is a combination of the Sunjoy beverage (Lemonade and sweetened Iced Tea), mixed with cloudberry and cherry blossom flavors for a delicate berry taste.

Seasonal Cloudberry Sunjoy will also be available with combinations of Diet Lemonade or unsweetened Iced Tea, and will be available for a limited time.

Procedural highlights can be found below:

• Serve Seasonal Cloudberry Sunjoy in a clear cup. Fill cup with ice to grey fill line.

• Dispense appropriate amount of Cloudberry syrup:

  • Small (16 oz): 3 pumps

• Dispense Sweetened Iced Tea to top fill line. Dispense regular Lemonade to ¼” from the top of the cup.

• Attach lid securely and vigorously swirl beverage until syrup is well mixed into beverage. Wipe off any drips with clean paper towel.
